To help protect you, me and your equipment, I kindly ask customers to complete my Service & Repair Form below.
- You only need to enter your contact details once. Details of up to four items can be entered into the form.
- On submission, both you and I will receive an e-mail with all the information that you provided in the form.
- Print out the e-mail and make sure that a copy accompanies all items that you're sending or bringing to me.*
- Quotes will be charged at between 30 GBP and 60 GBP plus VAT (UK only).
- Non-repairs will be charged at between 30 GBP and 60 GBP plus VAT (UK only).
* Items received without a Service & Repair Form, will be subject to an additional charge of 5.00 GBP.
WHY DO I ASK YOU TO SUBMIT A FORM?
I receive a lot of repairs from all over the world and quite simply, I need to keep track of everything. This way, we both know exactly what's going on with your gear. C'mon guys, help me out here.
PROBLEMS WITH RECAPTCHA TICK-BOX NOT SHOWING
Unfortunately, I occasionally receive an email from a customer who's been unable to submit the form below because the ReCaptcha button at the very bottom of the form, isn't showing. If that's case, please accept my sincere apologies and consider following these steps:
- Before beginning to complete the form, please scroll down to the bottom to check that the ReCaptcha tick box is present. If it is, please just complete the form and submit.
- If the ReCaptcha tick box is missing, please refresh your browser window and check again.
- If the ReCaptcha tick box is still missing, please download my Service & Repair Form here and complete offline.
